Job Description:

The Domestic Violence & Child Advocacy Center is seeking a full time experienced therapist to provide individual and group treatment to adult and child victims of child abuse.

This therapist will be working largely with clientele involved with the Child Advocacy Center. Candidates must have experience in providing individual and group therapy to children who have experienced trauma due to child abuse; knowledge and use of various treatment and education methodologies; ability to write required reports; excellent communication skills; advanced interviewing skills; and experience working on a multidisciplinary team. In addition to providing direct therapy to DVCAC clients, the therapist will assist with program evaluation, maintain program/case records, attend clinical and agency wide staff meetings, and participate in a multidisciplinary team through the child advocacy center when needed.

Qualified applicants must have a Master's degree in social work or counseling and an LSW, LISW, LPC or LPCC.

Position is daytime and evening hours during weekdays.
