Project Manager - North London

Arnold Ash have been retained to engage an experienced Project Manager to join an award winning charity based in North London. Our client's programme has developed a unique partnership between young people, employers and education providers for 16-25 year olds. It is tailored to support young people, including those with complex needs.

Our client is offers flexible working including remote-working, home-working and flexible hours.

As Project Manager you will be responsible for:

  • All Project Management activities across the organisation
  • The development and management of existing projects ensuring key outcomes are measured throughout
  • Acting as account manager for current and new corporate business partners involved in the programme
  • Being the key contact for young people with autism on the work placements, working closely with internal support services and employers
  • Supporting the development of bids to secure funding and generate additional income to support service development
  • Designing the programme quality assurance, monitoring and reporting cycle to ensure project activity stays on target and progresses to successful outcomes

As Project Manager you will have:

  • Strong track-record in project management
  • Strong stakeholder management, negotiation and influencing skills
  • Excellent communication and presentation skills
  • Experience working with young people with autism
  • The ability to inspire others around a common goal by creating the enthusiasm and passion for the programme
