Support Workers

Residential Care or School and Further Education

£8.69- £10.18 per hour (inclusive of shift allowances)

Permanent, various hours available

Based in Lingfield, Surrey

We are the leading national charity working exclusively to improve the lives of children and young people with epilepsy and associated conditions, and is based on a beautiful campus in Lingfield, Surrey, providing world class services.

We are looking for motivated individuals to join our team of Support Workers to provide care to, and help us to improve the lives of, the children and young people who live with epilepsy and associated conditions.

As a Support Worker, you will help to give the students the tools and opportunities they need to fulfil their potential and have the best quality of life possible.

You will possess the ability to interact and communicate effectively with a range of young people with differing needs, as well as excellent organisational and time management skills and a flexible attitude.

Whilst we welcome applications from individuals with experience of working with children or young people, it isnt essential as we provide all Support Workers with comprehensive training, starting with an in-depth induction. We will also support you to achieve an industry recognised qualification.
